Follow this Soy Candle Care Guide for best results:

✨ First Burn ▾

Allow your candle to melt all the way to the edges of the jar on the first burn (usually 2–3 hours). This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even, beautiful burn every time.

🔥 Trim the Wick ▾

Before each use, trim your wick to ¼ inch. A properly trimmed wick helps your candle burn cleaner, last longer, and reduce soot buildup on the jar.

🕯️ Burn Time ▾

For safety and longevity, burn your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time. Never leave a candle burning unattended or near anything flammable.

🌸 Extinguish with Care ▾

Use a candle snuffer or gently dip the wick into the melted wax to extinguish the flame — then straighten it again before your next burn. Avoid blowing out the flame to keep the air clean and the wick centered.

🌿 Candle Safety ▾
  • Always burn on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, pets, and children.
  • Stop burning when about ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.
♻️ Reuse & Recycle ▾

Once your candle has finished, clean the jar with warm, soapy water and reuse it for storage, plants, or décor. Our amber jars are recyclable and reusable — because luxury and sustainability belong together.

Yes — all Isle of Rose Candle Co. products are plant-based, cruelty-free, and vegan.

Do your candles contain essential oils?

Yes. Each candle and room spray is blended with natural essential oils for added depth and performance.

How do I get the best burn from my candle?

How long do your reed diffusers last?

Typically 3–4 months, depending on room size and airflow.

Do your fiber reeds need to be flipped?

No. Our premium fiber reeds are designed to deliver a consistent, effortless fragrance throw without the need for flipping.
Should you wish to refresh the scent or enhance the throw - particularly in larger or open spaces - you may gently flip the reeds. While not required for everyday enjoyment, this simple step can beautifully reawaken the fragrance when desired.

Yes — they are formulated to be fabric-safe, but we recommend testing on delicate materials.
