Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure your products arrive safely. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order along the way.

Shipping Options

Canada: Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD. A flat rate of $12 CAD applies to orders under $75.

USA: Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD. A flat rate of $25 USD applies to orders under $150.

Local Delivery: Free local delivery is available in Nanaimo and surrounding areas, including Parksville, Nanoose Bay, and Ladysmith.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Timeframes

Canada

• Standard delivery: 3–8 business days

• Remote or rural areas: 5–12 business days

United States

• Standard delivery: 5–12 business days

• Remote regions or peak periods: 7–15 business days
